Before your treatment
Please stop taking any blood thinning medication such as fish oils, Aspirin, Nurofen, Ibuprofen or other anti- inflammatory medication which could increase the risk of excessive bleeding and bruising 2-5 days before treatment.
After your treatment
Please do not partake in any exercise for the first 24 hours. Do not rub or rest on the treated area for 24 hours following injection. Apply ice gently and/ or bruise creams such as Hirudoid or Arnica to treated area if any swelling or bruising. Refresh appointments should be scheduled every 3-15 months
